What may be processed

The hosting provider may process ordinary network information, such as an IP address, browser details, the requested page and a timestamp, to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose failures. The Onyx pages do not add an identifier or build a visitor profile.

The legal basis, where GDPR applies, is the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable download website under Article 6(1)(f). Network records are kept only for the period configured by the hosting provider for security and operations.

Links and downloads

Download buttons and source links open GitHub. If you follow one, GitHub receives the connection needed to show the page or deliver the file and applies its own privacy terms. Nothing is sent to GitHub until you choose one of those links.

Your rights and contact

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Because this site has no account or tracking identifier, include the approximate date, time and page if your request concerns a network record.

The website is operated by the Onyx project. Contact the maintainer through theproject maintainer's GitHub account. You may also complain to your national data protection authority. In Norway, that is Datatilsynet.
